高校“一站式”学生社区社工站初创阶段的专业化建设探究

摘　　要：本文结合S高校“一站式”学生社区社工站建设的推进过程及亲身实践经验,从专业化建设角度展开具体的讨论,初步探究出相应的研究策略,为其他学校社工站提供借鉴经验和参考,旨在提高高校学生社区专业化建设的实效性。Based on the promotion process and personal practical experience of the construction of“one-stop”student community social work stations in S university,this paper discusses specifically from the perspective of professional construction,preliminarily explores the corresponding research strategies,and provides experience and reference for other school social work stations,aiming to improve the effectiveness of the professional construction of college student communities.
