摘 要:为防控商业建筑发生重特大火灾事故,采用模糊分析方法,以商业建筑重特大火灾事故统计数据为基础,建立商业建筑火灾处置故障树模型,得到灭火处置故障模糊数的总体概率分布函数和敏感度计算方法,并进行实例应用。研究结果显示,对于商业建筑重特大火灾事故,报警延迟是火灾处置中影响最大的因素。做好商业建筑重特大火灾事故防范处置工作应从以下几个方面着手:加强日常巡查,发现火灾及时报警,保障火灾自动报警系统处于完好有效状态;改善消防灭火装备、消防车、消防员个体防护装备情况;解决消火栓供水不足的问题。In order to prevent the occurrence of serious fire accidents in commercial buildings,in this paper,the fuzzy analysis method is used to establish the fault tree model for the fire disposal based on statistical data of serious fire accidents in commercial buildings,and the overall probability distribution function and sensi⁃tivity calculation method of the fault fuzzy number of the fire disposal are obtained.The results show that the delay of alarm is the most important factor in the fire disposal of commercial buildings.The prevention and disposal strategies for serious fire accidents in commercial buildings should be carried out from aspects as fol⁃lows:strengthening daily inspection,sounding timely the alarm when a fire is found,and ensuring the auto⁃matic fire alarm system being effective;improving firefighting equipment,fire trucks,firefighters personal protective equipment;solving the problem of insufficient water supply for fire hydrants.
