摘 要:为解决现有电容式电压互感器(capacitor voltage transformer,CVT)无法对电力系统暂态电压扰动信号精准监测问题,本文通过在原有CVT低压端串联大电容C_(3),设计了一种基于CVT,适用于500kV系统的暂态电压扰动监测装置。通过建立模型,对装置的低压及二次回路对频响影响进行仿真。借助实验平台对该装置性能进行了评估,结果表明装置暂态特性、线性度、频率响应性能、波形跟随特性均满足技术指标要求,目前该装置在现场工作良好。For solving the problem that the existing capacitor voltage transformer(CVT)has no way to accurately monitor the transient voltage disturbance signal of power system,a kind of transient voltage distrubance monitoring device based based on the capacitor volatge transfprmer and suitable for 500 kVsystem is designed by way of series of large capacitor C_(3) at the low voltage end of the original CVT.The influence of low voltage and secondary circuit of the device on frequency response is simulated by way of setting up the model.The performance of the device is assessed with the help of the experimental platform.The results show that the transient characteristics,linearity,frequency response performance and waveform following characteristics of the device meet the requirements of the technical indicators.At present,the device works very well in the field.
