摘 要:为研究铜绿微囊藻与拟新月藻和四尾栅藻间的竞争及其化感作用,利用逻辑斯谛方程对三种藻单培养、混合培养时的生长参数如最大环境容量(k)、生长速率(r)进行定性分析,同时利用Lotka-Volterra竞争模型对微藻之间的竞争抑制参数α、β进行进一步的定量对比分析,最后通过滤液培养初步探讨了滤液培养对三种藻类的生长和PSⅡ的最大光能转化效率(Fv/Fm)的影响。结果表明:混合培养时铜绿微囊藻的生长均受到抑制,其中三种藻类混合培养对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用最强,拟新月藻对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用强于四尾栅藻对铜绿微囊藻生长的抑制作用。滤液培养试验中,拟新月藻和四尾栅藻滤液对铜绿微囊藻有明显的化感抑制作用;100%拟新月藻滤液组的铜绿微囊藻细胞密度和叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm在试验后期均受到一定胁迫(P<0.05);浓度越增加,四尾栅藻滤液中铜绿微囊藻的细胞密度和光合作用受到的抑制和胁迫越显著(P<0.05)。In order to study the competition and allelopathy among Microcystis aeruginosa,Closteriopsis longissima and Scenedesmus quadricauda,the growth parameters such as maximum environmental capacity(K)and growth rate(r)of three microalgae cultured individually and in combination were qualitatively analyzed by using the logistic equation.The competition inhibition parameters(αandβ)among microalgae were further quantitatively compared by using the Lotka-Volterra competition model,and the effects of filtrate culture on the growth of the three microalgae and the maximum light energy conversion efficiency(Fv/Fm)of PSⅡwere preliminarily discussed by using filtrate culture.The results showed that the growth of M.aeruginosa was inhibited in the mixed culture,and the mixed culture of three algae had the strongest inhibition on the growth of M.aeruginosa.The inhibition of C.longissima on the growth of M.aeruginosa was stronger than that of S.quadricauda.In filtrate culture experiments,the filtrates of C.longissima and S.quadricauda showed obvious allelopathic inhibition on M.aeruginosa;The cell density and chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm of M.aeruginosa in the 100%filtrate group were under certain stress at the later stage of the experiment(P<0.05).With the increase of concentration,the cell density and photosynthesis of M.aeruginosa in the filtrate were significantly inhibited and stressed(P<0.05).
