中医药在毒蛇咬伤长期并发症治疗中的应用:范围综述

摘　　要：本文综述了毒蛇咬伤常见的长期并发症以及中医药应用于毒蛇咬伤长期并发症的治疗情况。使用以下主题词或关键词,包括毒蛇咬伤、迟发、残疾、持续、永久、长期、远期、慢性、中医、中药、草药,并对电子文献数据库,包括PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、中国生物医学数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库进行文献检索,检索时间为数据库建立至2022年12月。毒蛇咬伤常见的长期并发症包括慢性骨骼肌肉残疾、皮肤疾病症状、心肌损伤、凝血功能障碍、偏头痛样综合征(头痛、眩晕、光敏感)、慢性肾功能不全、垂体功能障碍、缺氧或颅内出血引起的脑损伤(肢体麻木、感觉异常、感觉障碍、偏瘫等)、脱髓鞘型多发性神经病、视力受损等,但国内对毒蛇咬伤长期并发症的关注度较低。中医药在减轻或治疗毒蛇咬伤长期并发症方面具有一定的疗效,但相关机制阐述尚不够清楚;而且使用中医药治疗毒蛇咬伤相关的长期并发症的研究仍然较少,没有形成充分的中医药治疗毒蛇咬伤长期并发症的应用证据。Review the common long-term complications of venomous snakebites and the effect of traditional Chinese Medicine on the long-term complications of venomous snake bites.We electronically searched databases,including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Embase,Chinese Biology Medicine,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database and VIP database from their inception to December 2022 by using the following Medical Subject Headings or keywords:snake bite,delayed,disability,persistent,permanent,long-term,chronic,Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chinese herb,herb.The most common long-term effects of snakebite envenomation include chronic musculoskeletal disabilities,symptoms of skin diseases,myocardial injury,coagulopathy,migraine-like syndrome(headache,vertigo,light sensitivity),chronic kidney disease,pituitary dysfunction,brain injury caused by hypoxia or intracranial hemorrhage(limb numbness,paresthesia,sensory disturbance,hemiplegia,etc.),demyelinating polyneuropathy and vision impairment;But the long-term complications of venomous snake bites have received less attention in China.Traditional Chinese Medicine can potentially be used in alleviating or treating some long-term complications,but the relevant mechanism is not clear.In addition,there are still few studies on the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat long-term complications related to venomous snakebites,and there is no sufficient evidence of the application of traditional Chinese medicine to treat the long-term complications of venomous snakebites.
