覆盖式负压封闭引流技术在原矛头蝮蛇咬伤中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究覆盖式负压封闭引流技术在原矛头蝮蛇咬伤中的临床应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年3月我院收治的原矛头蝮蛇咬伤患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)与观察组(n=43)。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予覆盖式负压封闭引技术。观察记录两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后全身症状积分、肿胀程度、治疗相关指标(肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间及住院时间)及血清相关指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清肌酐(Cr)、肌酸激酶(CK)及二氧化碳结合力(CO_(2)CP)水平]改善情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组的83.72%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的全身症状积分、肿胀程度改善均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的ALT、Cr、CK及CO_(2)CP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的ALT、Cr、CK及CO_(2)CP水平均较对照组明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论覆盖式负压封闭引流技术有助于提高原矛头蝮蛇咬伤的治疗效果,改善患者全身症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of covered negative pressure sealing drainage technology applied to the bite of Agkistrodon halys.Methods A total of 86 patients with Agkistrodon halys bite who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43).The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given covered negative pressure sealing drainage on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment effect,systemic symptom score,swelling degree,treatment-related indexes and serum related indicators of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 83.72%,which was significantly lower than that in the observation group 97.67%(P<0.05);After treatment,the score of systemic symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the degree of swelling was better than that in the control group(all P<0.05);The swelling disappearance time,pain disappearance time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05);There was no significant difference in serum related indexes between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of ALT,Cr,CK and CO_(2)CP in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of covered negative pressure sealing drainage technology to the bite of Agkistrodon halys was helpful to improve the treatment effect and improve the overall symptoms of patients,which was worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
