摘　　要：目的观察危重症患者可视化预警交接沟通工具在ICU护理单元中的应用效果。方法选择2021年9月至2022年3月收治的102例采用传统护理交接模式的危重症患者为对照组,选择2022年4~10月收治的105例采用可视化预警交接沟通模式的危重症患者为观察组。比较两组患者的危重症护理交接缺陷率、危重症病情掌握度和护理不良事件发生率。结果观察组的护理交接缺陷率、护理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,护理人员对危重病情掌握度评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在ICU护理单元应用危重症患者可视化预警交接沟通模式开展护理交接工作,可显著提高护理人员病情掌握度,降低护理交接缺陷率及护理不良事件发生率。Objective To observe the application effect of critical patients visual warning handover communication tool in ICU nursing unit.Methods 102 critical patients treated with traditional nursing handover mode from September 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the control group,105 critically ill patients treated from April to October 2022 using visual early warning communication mode were selected as the observation group.The rate of critical care handover defect,critical care condition mastery and nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The defect rate of nursing handover and the incidence of nursing adverse events in the visual early warning communication and handover group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the disease mastery score of nurses in the visual early warning communication and handover group was significantly higher than that in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of visual early warning handover communication tool for critically ill patients in ICU nursing unit to carry out nursing handover can significantly improve the nursing staff's disease mastery and reduce the defect rate of nursing handover and the incidence of nursing adverse events.
