摘　　要：目的研制一种体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)专用治疗车,并探讨其在体外心肺复苏(ECPR)中的临床应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月在我院急诊科行ECPR治疗的22例患者作为对照组,选择2021年1月至2022年12月在我院急诊科行ECPR治疗的21例患者作为观察组。运用传统ECPR抢救置物车救治对照组患者,运用自行设计制作的ECMO抢救置物车救治观察组患者。比较两组ECPR实施过程中ECMO团队反应时间、现场准备时间、ECPR运行时间。结果观察组在ECPR团队反应时间、现场准备时间、ECPR运行时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论运用自制的ECMO治疗车可缩短ECPR实施过程中关键环节耗时,有效改善急救延时,提高工作效率,为拯救患者生命争取宝贵时间。Objective This study aimed to develop a self-made ECMO therapy cart and evaluate its clinical application effects in the treatment of ECPR.Methods 22 patients who underwent ECPR from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,21 patients who underwent ECPR between January 2021 and December 2022 were selected as observation group.Patients of control group were treated with traditional ECPR rescue cart,Patients of observation group were treated with self-designed ECMO rescue cart.The reaction time of ECMO team,site preparation time and ECPR operation time were compared between the two groups during the implementation of ECPR.Results The ECPR preparation time,ECMO team reaction time,site preparation time,ECPR run time,and preparation time of transported patients were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the results were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-made ECMO treatment vehicle can shorten the time spent in the key links in the implementation process of ECPR,effectively improve the first aid delay,improve work efficiency,and gain precious time for saving the lives of patients.
