高压氧综合治疗小儿特发性面神经麻痹的疗效观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧综合治疗小儿特发性面神经麻痹的治疗效果,并总结护理体会。方法将90例特发性面神经麻痹患儿随机分为高压氧治疗组(HBO组)45例和对照组45例。两组患儿均给予常规药物、理疗消肿、针灸和面肌锻炼等常规综合治疗,对照组在此基础上给予常规护理干预,HBO组在对照组的基础上加用高压氧治疗并给予精心的护理干预,观察比较两组的临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果HBO组的总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的82.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧综合治疗可提高小儿特发性面神经麻痹的疗效,同时实施精心护理是保证顺利完成治疗的关健,有利于减少并发症,改善预后。Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)on children with idiopathic facial nerve paralysis and summarize the nursing experience.Methods Ninety children with idiopathic facial nerve paralysis were randomly divided into a hyperbaric oxygen treatment group(HBO group)of 45 cases and a control group of 45 cases.The two groups of children were treated with conventional drugs,physical therapy to reduce swelling,acupuncture and moxibustion and facial muscle exercise.The control group was given routine nursing intervention on this basis.The HBO group received hyperbaric oxygen treatment and meticulous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of hyperbaric oxygen treatment group(97.78%),higher than that of the control group(82.22%)was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen comprehensive treatment can improve the efficacy of pediatric idiopathic facial paralysis,and implementing meticulous care is the key to ensuring smooth completion of treatment,which is beneficial for reducing complications and improving prognosis.
