摘 要:目的分析多元化健康教育模式在日间手术甲状腺患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月我院日间手术治疗的甲状腺患者92例,以单双数字表法分为传统组(46例)和多元组(46例)。传统组采取日间手术常规围术期护理,多元组在传统组基础上开展多元化健康教育,比较两组患者疾病知识掌握程度、负面心态、手术配合度、并发症发生率。结果干预后,多元组患者对甲状腺各方面知识的掌握评分均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,多元组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、恐惧视觉模拟评分(FAVS)均低于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,多元组患者的手术配合度高于传统组,并发症发生率低于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育模式可有效提升日间手术甲状腺患者对疾病知识的认知水平及手术配度合,纠正其负面心态,降低并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the application effect of multimode health education models in thyroid patients undergoing day surgery.Methods Ninety-two thyroid patients who underwent day surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from September 2021 to September 2022 were divided into two groups.The traditional group received routine perioperative care during day surgery(46 cases),while the multimode group conducted multimode health education models on the basis of the traditional group(46 cases).The degree of disease knowledge,negative mentality,surgical cooperation,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of thyroid knowledge mastery in the multimode group were higher than those in the traditional group.After intervention,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Fear Visual Simulation Scale(FAVS)scores of patients in the multimode group were significantly lower than those in the traditional group.The surgical coordination of patients in the multimode group was higher than that in the traditional group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the traditional group,with a statistically significant difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of multimode health education model can effectively improve the cognitive level of disease knowledge and surgical coordination in thyroid patients undergoing day surgery,correct their negative mentality,and reduce the incidence of complications.
