摘　　要：中药饮片名称混乱已严重影响中药饮片管理、处方调剂质量、用药安全。为规范、统一中药饮片处方用名,由河南中医药大学第一附属医院、山东中医药大学附属医院牵头,联合全国28家中医医疗机构共同起草了《中药饮片处方用名规范》。2021年6月,中华中医药学会发布了该团体标准(T/CACM 1361-2021)。该文对该团体标准进行了详细解读,以期促进该规范落地实施,推动中医药学术交流及标准化进程。The confusion about the names of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction pieces has become one of the prominent problems affecting the management of TCM decoction pieces,prescription quality,and medication safety.To standardize and unify the prescription names of Chinese herbal slices,the China Association of Chinese Medicine published the social organization standard of the Standard for Prescription Name for Chinese Herbal Pieces(T/CACM 1361-2021)in June 2021.The standard was led by the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine and the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine.And it was jointly drafted by 28 TCM medical institutions across the country.This paper introduced the standards in detail to promote the implementation of the standards and promote the academic exchange and standardization process of TCM.
