摘　　要：目的通过调查南京市主城区社区卫生服务中心药学服务情况,了解现阶段社区开展药学服务的基本条件和药学服务工作中存在的问题,为优化社区药学服务提供参考。方法通过调查问卷对南京市主城区30家社区卫生服务中心的药学部门人员结构、药学服务工作和培训内容以及基本设备设施配置情况进行调研和统计分析。结果共发放问卷247份,回收问卷224份,有效率90.7%。受访医疗机构药学专业技术人员数量占比(10.5%)符合《医疗机构药事管理规定》要求。受访药师从事药品调剂占比最高(89.2%),从事药学服务与患者管理的药师占比最低(7.2%)。受访药学部门负责人主要负责日常药学部门管理、药品调剂和药品采购供应工作,仅有4名药学部门负责人进行药学服务和慢病管理工作。53.3%的社区卫生服务中心开设了药学门诊咨询窗口,而近30%的社区医疗机构未设置药学服务场所。药学服务工作主要集中在基本药学服务(>85.0%),以药品调剂、处方审核和用药咨询为主。接受过“抗菌药物使用知识与技能”培训的受访药师数量最多(92.0%),而接受过“患者管理相关知识与方法”“药学信息检索与评价的知识与技能”培训的药师数量较少(分别为42.9%、43.8%)。结论南京市主城区社区卫生服务中心药学服务建设已经取得一定成绩,但在药学部门人员岗位分布、提供药学服务相关的设备设施以及药学服务工作和培训内容方面仍需进一步改善优化。Objective To investigate the current situation of pharmaceutical care in community health service centers in the main urban districts of Nanjing City,to explore the basic conditions and existing problems in pharmaceutical care,and to provide references for optimizing community pharmaceutical care.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze the personnel structure,pharmaceutical care working and training content,and basic configuration of pharmacy departments in 30 community health service centers in the main urban districts of Nanjing City.Results A total of 247 questionnaires were distributed,and 224 questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 90.7%.The proportion of pharmacy professionals in the surveyed medical institutions was 10.5%,which met the requirements of Regulations on the Pharmaceutical Administration of Medical Institutions.Most surveyed pharmacists were engaged in drug dispensing(89.2%),while 7.2%of them were involved in pharmaceutical services and patient management.The directors of the surveyed pharmacy departments were mainly responsible for daily pharmacy department management,drug dispensing,and drug procurement and supply,with only four directors carrying out pharmaceutical services and chronic disease management.A total of 53.3%of community health service centers had set up pharmacy outpatient consultation windows,while nearly 30%of community medical institutions did not provide a workplace for pharmaceutical care.Pharmaceutical care mainly focused on basic pharmaceutical services(>85.0%),with main tasks of drug dispensing,prescription review,and medication consultation.In the survey,the proportion of the pharmacists received training on knowledge and skills in antibacterial drug use was 92.0%,which was the highest.And the proportion of pharmacists received training on knowledge and skills related to patient management,and pharmaceutical information retrieval and evaluation were 42.9%and 43.8%,respectively.Conclusion The construction of pharmaceutical care in communit
