摘 要:大环二萜类化合物是一类具有独特的骨架结构和生理活性的天然产物,植物是这类化合物的主要来源之一。大环二萜结构的复杂性使其具有独特且优异的生物活性,如抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗人类免疫缺陷病毒等,目前已有部分大环二萜类化合物被开发成药品应用于临床。随着植物药材的长期开发,大环二萜的生物合成途径也逐渐受到人们的关注。本文从结构类型、生物活性和生物合成等方面详细介绍了植物源大环二萜类化合物,阐述了一些代表性大环二萜的结构和活性,并总结了目前已被报道的大环二萜的生物合成途径的研究,以期为今后植物中大环二萜的开发应用提供更多的见解。Macrocyclic diterpenoids are natural products with unique skeletal structures and physiological activities.Plants are the main sources of these compounds.The complexity of macrocyclic diterpene structure confers them with unique and excellent biological activities,such as anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,anti-HIV virus effect etc.Some macrocyclic diterpenes have been developed into drugs.With the exploitation of phytomedicinal herbs,the biosynthetic pathways of macrocyclic diterpenes are attracting much attention.This paper reviewed plant-derived macrocyclic diterpenoids in terms of structure type,biological activity,and biosynthesis.We summarized the structures and activities of some representative macrocyclic diterpenes and their biosynthetic pathways to facilitate future research and development of plant macrocyclic diterpenes.
