烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效及对患者黄体酮水平影响

摘　　要：目的探讨烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产(HA)的临床疗效及对患者黄体酮水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月本院收治的80例HA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组行烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗,对照组行烯丙雌醇治疗,比较两组人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体酮、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、症状缓解时间、临床疗效、妊娠结局、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组HCG、E_(2)、黄体酮水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组HCG、E_(2)、黄体酮水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-10、IL-8水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组IL-10水平均高于治疗前,IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且观察组IL-10水平高于对照组,IL-8水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组下腹疼痛、阴道出血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗HA疗效显著,能有效提高HCG、E_(2)、黄体酮水平,缩短症状缓解时间,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of allylestriol combined with ritodrine in the treatment of habitual abortion(HA)and its influence on progesterone level.Methods 80 patients with HA admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subject,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with allylestriol combined with ritodrine,the control group was treated with allylestriol.The human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone,interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-8(IL-8),symptom relief time,clinical efficacy,pregnancy outcome and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of HCG,E_(2) and progesterone between the two groups;after treatment,the levels of HCG,E_(2) and progesterone of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-10 and IL-8 levels between the two groups;after treatment,the IL-10 level of the two groups was higher than before treatment,the IL-8 level was lower than before treatment,and IL-10 level in the observation group was higher than the control group,IL-8 level was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of lower abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding in the observation group were shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Allylestradiol combined with ritodrine has significant effect in the treatment of HA
