复元通痹膏离子导入法治疗中风后肩手综合征Ⅰ期临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价复元通痹膏离子导入法治疗中风后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的临床疗效,为临床应用及推广提供科学依据。方法选取泰安市中医二院2021年1月—2022年12月住院及门诊符合纳入标准的肩手综合征(shoulder-hand syndrome,SHS)Ⅰ期患者共60例为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用基础治疗+康复训练,治疗组在基础治疗+康复训练基础上给予复元通痹膏离子导入法,治疗结束后进行疗效评价。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的VAS评分均降低,FMA及ADL评分均升高,且治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复元通痹膏离子导入法联合基础治疗+康复训练治疗中风后肩手综合征Ⅰ期,可提高治疗效果,缓解患肢疼痛,有利于上肢功能恢复,改善患者生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ion implantation method of Fuyuan Tongbi Cream in the treatment of phase I of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,and to provide scientific basis for clinical application and promotion.Methods A total of 60 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)stage Ⅰ who met the inclusion criteria in the inpatient and outpatient departments of Tai'an Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received basic treatment+rehabilitation training,while the treatment group received Fuyuan Tongbi ointment ion introduction method on the basis of basic treatment+rehabilitation training.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of 93.3%in the treatment group was higher than 73.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of both groups decreased after treatment,while the FMA and ADL scores increased,and the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ion introduction method of Fuyuan Tongbi Cream combined with basic therapy+rehabilitation training for the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome I can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve the pain of the affected limbs,facilitate the recovery of upper limb function,and improve the quality of life of the patients.
