鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗声门区良性肿物的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜手术治疗声门区良性肿物的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1月—2023年5月泰州市中医院收治的声门区良性肿物患者78例。根据随机数表法分为支撑喉镜治疗的对照组(n=39)与联合鼻内镜治疗的观察组(n=39),比较两组疗效,评估手术及术后恢复指标,对比术前术后嗓音功能以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率94.87%较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、出血量、术后发音时间、声带水肿时间与声嘶时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在嗓音功能上,术后观察组功能、生理、情感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对声门区良性肿物予鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜治疗效果确切,可降低操作难度,减少术中损伤,有利于患者康复,术后嗓音恢复良好,并发症风险低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscopy combined with supported laryngoscope in the treatment of benign glottic masses.Methods A total of seventy-eight patients with benign glottic masses were selected from Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to May 2023.The random number table was divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,the surgical and postoperative recovery indexes were evaluated,and the voice function and complications were compared before and after surgery.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.87%,higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P<0.05).The operation time,blood loss,postoperative articulation time,vocal cord edema time and hoarseness time in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of voice function,the functional,physiological and emotional scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication incidence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscopy combined with supporting laryngoscope has a definite effect on benign glottic masses,which can reduce the difficulty of operation,reduce intraoperative injury,and facilitate the rehabilitation of patients.The postoperative voice recovery is good and the risk of complications is low.
