摘　　要：手舟骨是远近排腕骨之间的桥梁,在腕关节稳定方面意义重大。手舟骨骨折是人体腕部常见的骨折之一,常在年轻人中发生,老年人与儿童中比较少见,舟骨的解剖结构与位置特殊,骨折后易发生折断缺血性坏死、骨折延迟愈合或不愈,目前临床上已有多种内固定装置可供手术选择,如克氏针、空心加压螺钉、舟骨钢板、可吸收螺钉等,本文就常用的手舟骨骨折内固定装置作一综述。The hand navicular bone is a bridge between the distal and proximal rows of carpal bones,which is of great significance in the stabilization of the wrist joint.Fracture of the hand navicular bone is one of the common fractures of the human wrist,which often occurs in young people and is less common in the elderly and children.The anatomical structure and position of navicular bone are special,and it is easy to fracture ischemic necrosis,delayed healing or non-healing after fracture.At present,there are many kinds of internal fixation devices available for surgical selection,such as Kirschner's pin,hollow compression screws,navicular bone plate,absorbable screws,etc.In this paper,a review of the commonly used internal fixation devices for hand navicular fractures is presented.
