复方苦参止痒软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏对慢性湿疹患者瘙痒程度及免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究复方苦参止痒软膏+糠酸莫米松乳膏对慢性湿疹患者治疗的临床价值。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年1月扬中市疾控中心皮防门诊收治的慢性湿疹患者58例为研究对象。随机数表法分组,对照组29例应用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,研究组29例联合应用复方苦参止痒软膏、糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、炎性因子水平、瘙痒程度评分、皮损面积评分、免疫功能指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果 研究组临床总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的75.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.220,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组瘙痒程度评分、皮损面积评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组、研究组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方苦参止痒软膏+糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹,疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of compound Kushen Zhiyang ointment+mometasone furoate cream on the treatment of chronic eczema patients.Methods Fifty-eight cases of chronic eczema patients admitted to the skin prevention clinic of Yangzhong Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and grouped by randomized numerical table method.Twenty-nine cases in the control group were treated with application of mometasone furoate cream,and 29 cases in the study group were treated with combined application of compound Kushen Zhiyang ointment and mometasone furoate cream.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level,itchiness score,lesion area score,immune function index level and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy rate of the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than 75.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.220,P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factorαin the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The itchiness score and lesion area score of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of CD8^(+)after treatment in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Kushen Zhiyang ointment+mometasone furoate cream for the treatment of chronic eczema has remarkable efficacy and is worth promoting the application.
