摘  要:目的分析人工关节置换术后应用X线数字断层融合技术的效果。方法回顾性分析2021年10月—2023年3月佛山市中医院收治的50例人工关节置换术患者的临床资料。根据检查方法不同分组,接受X线摄影技术检查为参照组,接受X线数字断层融合技术检查为研究组,比对两组图像质量、骨溶解区数量状况。结果研究组图像质量高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组髋臼周围、股骨柄周围骨溶解区数量分别为(1.82±0.12)、(3.56±0.14)个,多于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.618、21.828,P<0.05)。结论X线数字断层融合技术在人工关节置换术后评估中质量更高,识别骨溶解区数量高。Objective To analyze the effect of X-ray digital fusion technique after artificial joint replacement.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of artificial joint replacement patients admitted to Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different examination methods,the group received X-ray photography as the reference group,and the group received X-ray digital tomography fusion technology as the research group.The image quality and number of osteolytic areas were compared between the two groups.Results The image quality of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of osteolysis zones around the acetabulum and femoral stalk in the study group were(1.82±0.12)and(3.56±0.14),respectively,which was more than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.618,21.828,P<0.05).Conclusion In the evaluation of artificial joint replacement,X-ray digital tomography fusion technology has higher quality,higher number of osteolysis areas.
