CT平扫与X线平片诊断腰椎间盘突出症的价值

摘　　要：目的 评估CT平扫与X线平片诊断腰椎间盘突出症价值。方法 选择临沂市兰山区人民医院放射科2020年6月—2023年4月接诊的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,分别实行X线平片诊断、CT平扫,分析不同诊断方式在腰椎间盘突出症的应用效果。结果 CT平扫在腰椎间盘突出部位(L3~4、L4~5、L5~S1)检出符合率分别为96.29%、96.97%、95.00%,高于X线平片诊断,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.306、10.907、9.975,P<0.05)。CT平扫在腰椎间盘突出症不同分型(中央型、旁侧型、极外侧型、椎间孔型)检出符合率与病理诊断对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT平扫诊断腰椎间盘突出症价值高于X线平片。Objective To evaluate the value of CT plain scan and X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected from Department of Radiology of Lanshan District People's Hospital from June 2020 to April 2023 were selectd as the study objects.X-ray plain film diagnosis and CT plain scan were performed respectively to analyze the application effect of different diagnostic methods in lumbar disc herniation.Results CT scan in the lumbar disc herniation site(L3-4,L4-5,L5-S1)the detection coincidence rate of 96.29%,96.97%,95.00%was higher than that of plain X-ray diagnosis,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.306,10.907,9.975,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between CT scan and pathological diagnosis in different types of lumbar disc herniation(central type,lateral type,extreme lateral type,intervertebral foramen type)(P>0.05).Conclusion CT plain scan is more valuable than X-ray plain scan in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation,which is worth spreading.
