血清CK-MB/CK、PAPP-A、β-HCG水平在早期输卵管妊娠的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用血清肌酸激酶同工酶/肌酸磷酸激酶(creatine kinase-MB/creatine kinase, CK-MB/CK)、妊娠相关性血浆蛋白-A(pregnancy associated plasma protein-A, PAPP-A)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin β, β-HCG)水平在早期输卵管妊娠的诊断价值。方法 选取2021年1—12月南方医科大学第七附属医院拟诊早期输卵管妊娠患者60例为研究对象,作为研究组,另选取早期妊娠孕妇60例为对照组。分别对两组行血清CK-MB/CK、PAPP-A、β-HCG测定,对所有结果进行对照分析。结果 研究组CK-MB/CK(13.24±2.31)%、PAPP-A(3.23±0.48)mom、β-HCG(2 161.40±374.71)IU/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.146、22.853、44.524,P<0.05)。结论 应用联合血清CK-MB/CK、PAPP-A、β-HCG可提高早期输卵管妊娠的诊断率。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the application of serum creatine kinase-MB/creatine kinase(CK-MB/CK),pregnancy associated plasma protein-A,(PAPP-A),and human chorionic gonadotropinβ,(β-HCG)levels in early tubal pregnancy.Methods From January to December 202160 patients with early tubal pregnancy in the Seventh Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected as the study group,and 60 pregnant women with early pregnancy were selected as the control group.Serum CK-MB/CK,PAPP-A,andβ-HCG were measured in the two groups,and all results were analyzed against each other.Results CK-MB/CK(13.24±2.31)%,PAPP-A(3.23±0.48)mom,β-HCG(2161.40±374.71)IU/L in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.146,22.853,44.524,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combined serum CK-MB/CK,PAPP-A,β-HCG can improve the diagnosis rate of early tubal pregnancy.
