摘　　要：目的:分析诱导排痰技术用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者痰标本质量采集控制中的效果。方法:选择2022年2月至2023年2月医院收治的30例COPD患者为研究对象,对患者实施诱导排痰干预,分析患者在诱导前10 min和诱导结束后心率、呼吸、指脉氧情况以及不良反应和满意度,对比诱导前后的一次性诱导排痰留取标本的成功率。结果:在本研究的30例患者中,对诱导排痰干预的耐受性均较高,同时完成整个诱导,获得有效痰液30份。而在整个过程中,有2例患者出现不良反应,其中恶心1例,咽喉不适1例,其发生率为6.67%,不良反应均较为轻微,未做特殊处理,患者自行缓解;满意度评分的平均分值为(94.22±3.17)分。诱导前后患者的心率、呼吸、指脉氧比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。诱导后,患者一次性诱导排痰留取标本的成功率高于诱导前,P<0.05。结论:对于老年COPD患者,实施诱导排痰技术可以收集最佳痰液标本,同时患者耐受程度较高,对其心率、呼吸、指脉氧等影响较小,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of induced sputum ejection technology on quality collection and control of sputum samples from elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:30 COPD patients from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and induced sputum intervention was implemented.The heart rate,respiration,finger pulse oxygen status,adverse reactions,and satisfaction of the patients were analyzed 10 minutes before and after induction,and the success rate of one-time induced sputum retention samples before and after induction was compared.Result:Among the 30 patients in this study,the tolerance to induced sputum excretion intervention was high,and 30 effective sputum samples were obtained after completing the entire induction.During the entire process,2 patients experienced adverse reactions,including 1 case of nausea and 1 case of throat discomfort,with an incidence rate of 6.67%.The adverse reactions were relatively mild and did not undergo special treatment,and the patient relieved themselves.The average score of satisfaction rating is(94.22±3.17)points.There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate,respiration,and finger pulse oxygen before and after induction,P>0.05.After induction,the success rate of one-time induced sputum excretion and specimen collection in patients was higher than before induction,P<0.05.Conclusion:For elderly COPD patients,implementing induced sputum ejection technology can collect the best sputum samples,and the patient's tolerance is high,with less impact on their heart rate,respiration,finger pulse oxygen,and higher safety.
