摘　　要：通过分析深圳市某三甲医院采购管理机制运行现状及问题,从价格审核机制的角度提出采购成本管控的改革举措:成立审核部门;制定制度、梳理流程;建立反馈机制等;并分析其初步成效。旨在帮助医院改进采购成本管控工作,保障医院长效健康发展,为同行业提供借鉴。The paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the operation of procurement management mechanism of a tertiary hospital in Shenzhen,and proposes reform initiatives for procurement cost control from the perspective of price review mechanism:establishing audit department;formulating the system and sorting out the process;and establishing feedback mechanism.The study is intended to help hospitals improve procurement cost control,ensure long-term and healthy development of the hospital,and provide reference for other medical institutions.
