摘　　要：目的 探讨促进医院医保培训持续改进的医保管理措施,提高医务人员医保政策知晓率,提升医保服务意识。方法 应用PDCA循环原理,对医院医保培训工作中存在的问题进行分析并持续改进。结果 实施培训和改进措施后,医务人员医保政策问卷考试平均分从54.42分提高至94.50分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 应用PDCA循环提高了医院医保培训的效果且能持续改进,医务人员的医保政策知晓率显著提高,医保服务意识显著提升。Objective To explore the medical insurance management measures to promote the continuous improvement of hospital medical insurance training,improve the awareness of medical insurance policy and enhance the awareness of medical insurance service.Methods Applying PDCA cycle principle,the problems existing in hospital medical insurance training were analyzed and continuously improved.Results After the implementation of training and improvement measures,the average score of medical insurance policy questionnaire examination of medical staff increased from 54.42 to 94.50(P0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle improves the effect of hospital medical insurance training and can be improved continuously.The awareness rate of medical insurance policy and medical insurance service consciousness of medical staff are significantly improved.
