摘 要:医保支付方式改革是国家医药卫生体制改革的关键环节,按病种分值付费对医院运行有着重要影响。本文研究了医保支付制度改革下的绩效管理导向,在理论分析的基础上探讨公立医院绩效管理现状,提出理念变革、优化工作机制、理顺绩效管理优化步骤、完善绩效方案设计、强化病种分析等系列优化路径。为构建适应新形势的医院绩效管理体系,促进医院管理科学化提供实践依据。The reform of medical insurance payment system is a key part in the reform of health system,and DIP payment has an important impact on hospital operation.This paper studies the performance management orientation under the reform of medical insurance payment system,and discusses the present situation of performance management in public hospitals on the basis of theoretical analysis.A series of optimization paths were put forward,such as idea reform,optimizing working mechanism,rationalizing the optimization steps of performance management,perfecting the design of performance scheme and strengthening the analysis of disease category.It provides the practical basis for constructing the hospital performance management system fitted to the new situation and promoting the scientific hospital management.It provides practical basis for perfecting hospital governance mechanism,constructing hospital performance management system suited to the New Era and new policy,and promoting scientific hospital management.
