摘　　要：目的 构建医院VTE智能防治系统并评价其在医院的应用效果。方法 以国内某大型综合性三甲医院为例,利用人工智能与预警管理体系等手段构建医院VTE智能防治体系,并建立智能化防治预警系统,逐步在全院开展VTE管理与防治工作,并对应用效果进行评价。结果 医护人员对VTE防治的意识明显提高,确诊率与治疗率的道理高,原来传统手工方式的40%的院内评估率提升至92%。结论 构建完善的医院VTE智能化、全流程与全场景的防治体系,能够有效提高VTE防治的科学性与规范性,对于规范医疗行为、提高医疗质量、减少患者纠纷具有重要意义。Objective To construct a hospital VTE intelligent prevention and control system and evaluate its application effectiveness in hospitals.Methods Taking a large comprehensive tertiary hospital in China as an example,an intelligent VTE prevention and control system was constructed using artificial intelligence and early warning management systems,and an intelligent prevention and control early warning system was established.VTE management and prevention work was gradually carried out throughout the hospital,and the application effect was evaluated.Results The awareness of VTE prevention and treatment among medical staff has significantly increased,and the diagnosis rate and treatment rate are high.The traditional manual method has increased the hospital evaluation rate from 40% to 92%.Conclusion Building a comprehensive hospital VTE intelligent,full process,and full scenario prevention and treatment system can effectively improve the scientific and normative nature of VTE prevention and treatment,which is of great significance for regulating medical behavior,improving medical quality,and reducing patient disputes.
