摘 要:目的 本研究基于调查居民健康素养情况,探索与传播媒介的关联,从医院官方宣传的角度,进而指导个人在使用医疗服务(定期检查、看医生、改变习惯)和避免不安全的行为(自我用药、不作为)时作出更为安全的行为决策。方法 2023-01-10—2023-03-10,广州市范围进行了问卷调查,样本包括279名年龄在18~60岁的人群,问卷内容包含人口社会学特征、健康素养、传播媒介和健康行为选择,提出假设,并通过描述性分析和方差分析验证检验假设。结果 结果表明批判性素养水平更高的人倾向于使用专业书籍/手册作为信息来源。选择从医学杂志、讲座和专业书籍/手册的人群更倾向于主动就医。结论 研究表明,医院应利用其自身专业优势,坚持多元化媒介形式开展宣传,满足居民健康科普需求,确保健康信息的质量供给,帮助提高健康素养,以促进健康预防与纠正。Objective This study,based on resident's Health literacy(HL),intends to understand its association with health information media,in order to guide individuals to safer decision making in using health services(regular checkup,use doctor service,change behavior) and avoiding unsafe choices(self-medication,ignoring symptoms)as an official channel.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in Guangzhou city in three months.The respondents consisted of 279 participants aged 18-60.The questionnaire contains four parts:socio-demographic characteristics,healthy literacy,health information media and health care choices.We propose hypotheses and then verify them by descriptive analysis and analysis of variance.Results Findings show that people with higher critical literacy are more likely to choose books/brochures as information source,and people who seek health information from magazines,lecture,and books/brochures tend to see doctors.Conclusion These findings suggest that hospitals should utilize their professional advantages in promotion by diverse media forms.And there is room for hospital to meet the needs of health science,improve public HL levels and the quality of multiple health information in order to foster health prevention and correction.
