摘  要:在实验室中,通常先将吸波剂填充到石蜡中然后对吸波剂吸波性能进行测试,在石蜡中虽然能够较好地测试吸波剂的性能,但却无法证明吸波剂材料在实际使用条件下的吸波性能。为了更真实地模拟吸波剂在实际条件下的使用情况,以阳离子型十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为表面活性剂,采用冷干法制备了导电聚合物聚吡咯(PPy)来包覆改性后的透波材料玻璃纤维(GF),制备了复合吸波剂GF@PPy,然后将GF@PPy以质量分数为20%的填充量掺杂在环氧树脂中,从而构建了一种新型环氧树脂/GF@PPy复合吸波材料,表征与测试了该类材料的结构、形貌、热性能、力学性能以及介电和吸波性能。结果表明,相较于纯环氧树脂以及分别掺杂PPy和GF的环氧树脂复合材料,环氧树脂/GF@PPy复合吸波材料的吸波性能表现出较明显的优势。其中,环氧树脂/GF@PPy在样品厚度为2.5 mm处的最佳反射损耗达到了-15.30 dB,且有效吸收带宽为1.76 GHz (16.24~18.00 GHz),同时热稳定性和力学性能相比纯环氧树脂没有明显下降。In the laboratory,the absorber is usually filled into paraffin wax and then the absorption performance of the absorber is tested,and although the performance of the absorber can be tested well in paraffin wax,it cannot prove the absorption performance of the absorber under actual use conditions.In order to more realistically simulate the use of the absorber under actual conditions,cationic cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)was used as the surfactant,conductive polymer polypyrrole(PPy)was prepared by cold drying to cover the modified wave-transmitting material glass fiber(GF),then the GF@PPy composite absorber was prepared,and finally the composite absorber was doped with epoxy resin(EP)with a filling amount of 20 wt%,so as to construct a new composite absorbing material EP/GF@PPy.The structure,morphology,thermal properties,mechanical properties,dielectric and absorption properties of the material were characterized and tested.The results show that the absorption performance of EP/GF@PPy composite absorbing material shows obvious advantages compared with pure epoxy resin,epoxy resin composites doped with PPy and GF respectively.Among them,the optimal reflection loss of the EP/GF@PPy at 2.5 mm thickness of sample reaches-15.30 dB,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 1.76 GHz(16.24-18.00 GHz).Meanwhile,there is no significant decrease in thermal stability and mechanical properties compared to pure epoxy resin.
