摘  要:首先以4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(DDM)、4,4’-二氨基二苯硫醚(DDS)、4,4’-二氨基二苯二硫醚(DDDS)为主要原料,分别合成了3种环氧树脂界面改性剂,即四缩水甘油基-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(TGDDM)、四缩水甘油基-4,4’-二氨基二苯硫醚(TGDDS)和四缩水甘油基-4,4’-二氨基二苯二硫醚(TGDDDS),并对其分子结构和环氧值进行了分析研究。然后采用上述界面改性剂对碳纤维织物(CFF)进行表面处理,并通过薄膜叠层法制备了聚苯硫醚(PPS)/CFF复合材料,研究了界面改性剂对PPS/CFF复合材料力学性能、微观形貌和自修复性能的影响。结果表明,TGDDS不仅能促使PPS熔体充分浸润碳纤维,而且可通过环氧基团与CF表面羟基等含氧基团的反应,在复合材料界面处产生化学键连接,从而使对应的PPS/CFF复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量分别达到417.3 MPa,54.1 GPa,279.7 MPa和39.5 GPa,较未处理的PPS/CFF复合材料分别提升了约51.6%,20.2%,47.1%和38.6%。另外,采用TGDDDS为界面改性剂制备的PPS/CFF复合材料具备较好的自修复性能,其拉伸强度的自修复率为95.9%。Three kinds of epoxy resin interface modifiers such as tetraglycidyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(TGDDM),tetraglycidyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfide(TGDDS)and tetraglycidyl-4,4′-diaminodiphenyl disulfide(TGDDDS)were synthesized with 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(DDM),4,4′-diaminodiphenylsulfide(DDS)and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyldisulfide(DDDS)used as raw materials,the molecular structure and epoxy value of the three interface modifiers were also investigated.Then,the surface treatment of carbon fiber fabric(CFF)was carried out by using the three interface modifiers,and the polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)/CFF composites were prepared by layer-by-layer film laminating method.The effects of the three interfacial modifiers on the mechanical properties,micro-morphology and self-healing performance of PPS/CFF composites were also studied.The results show that TGDDS can not only make the PPS melt fully infiltrate the carbon fiber,but also produce chemical bonds at the interface of the composites through the reaction of epoxy groups with oxygen containing groups such as hydroxyl groups on the carbon fiber surface.Therefore,the tensile strength,tensile modulus,flexural strength and flexural modulus of PPS/CFF composite reach 417.3 MPa,54.1 GPa,279.7 MPa and 39.5 GPa respectively,which are about 51.6%,20.2%,47.1%and 38.6%higher than those of untreated PPS/CFF composite.Additionally,the PPS/CFF composite prepared by using TGDDDS as interface modifier has better self-healing properties,and the self-healing rate of its tensile strength is 95.9%.
