摘  要:为改善聚乳酸(PLA)/聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)共混体系相容性以及提高共混体系的应用性能,将扩链剂苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(KL-E4370)和成核剂癸二酸二苯基二酰肼(TMC-300)通过熔融共混添加到PLA/PBAT共混物中,制备了PLA/PBAT/KL-E/TMC共混体系。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对扩链剂KL-E4370和成核剂TMC-300进行表征;采用扫描电子显微镜研究扩链剂KL-E4370和成核剂TMC-300的添加对PLA/PBAT共混体系微观结构的影响;通过热重分析仪、差式扫描量热仪和拉力试验机研究了扩链剂KLE4370和成核剂TMC-300对PLA/PBAT共混体系热稳定性、结晶性能以及拉伸性能等的影响。结果表明,扩链剂KLE4370的加入改善了PLA与PBAT基体之间的相容性,PLA/PBAT共混体系界面的孔洞和裂纹明显减少,应力传递效率提高,拉伸强度上升,从未加扩链剂的42.7 MPa提高到47.6 MPa,扩链剂KL-E4370对PLA/PBAT共混体系的热稳定性影响不大;当同时加入扩链剂KL-E4370和成核剂TMC-300后,PLA/PBAT/KL-E/TMC的结晶性能得到明显的改善,与PLA/PBAT相比,冷结晶现象几乎完全消失,结晶温度提高了31.50℃,结晶度提高了3倍多。In order to promote the compatibility of polylactic acid(PLA)/poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)blends and improve the application properties of the blends,the chain extender styrene-methyl methacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer(KL-E4370)and nucleating agent sebacic acid diphenyl dihydrazide(TMC-300)were added into PLA/PBAT blends by melt blending for preparing PLA/PBAT/KL-E/TMC blends.The chain extender KL-E4370 and nucleating agent TMC-300 were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The effect of chain extender KL-E4370 and nucleating agent TMC-300 on the microstructure of PLA/PBAT blends was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The influences of chain extender KLE4370 and nucleating agent TMC-300 on the thermal stability,crystallization property and tensile properties of PLA/PBAT blends were studied by thermogravimetric analyzer,differential scanning calorimeter and tensile testing machine,respectively.The results show that the addition of chain extender KL-E4370 improves the compatibility between PLA and PBAT matrix.The pores and cracks at the interface of PLA/PBAT blends are significantly reduced,the stress transfer efficiency is improved,and the value of tensile strength is increased from 42.7 MPa(without chain extender)to 47.6 MPa.Meanwhile,the addition of chain extender KLE4370 has little effect on the thermal stability of PLA/PBAT blends.When the chain extender KL-E4370 and nucleating agent TMC-300 are added into PLA/PBAT blends at the same time,the crystallization property of PLA/PBAT/KL-E/TMC is importantly improved,the cold crystallization phenomenon is almost disappeared completely,the crystallization temperature is increased by 31.50℃and the crystallinity is increased by more than 3 times compared with that of PLA/PBAT blends.
