摘  要:简述了回收聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(rPET)在机械回收的二次加工过程中力学性能下降的主要原因。针对这一问题,介绍了近年来国内外针对rPET力学性能改性方面的研究进展,总结并归纳了目前国内外相关研究提出的与rPET进行共混改性以改善其力学性能的材料及方法,包括弹性体改性、合金化改性、无机材料改性、生物质材料改性、扩链剂改性、成核剂改性、多种材料复合改性等,分析了以上方法在改性rPET力学性能方面的优缺点,并对rPET专用力学性能改性助剂的发展方向进行了展望。The main reasons for the decrease in mechanical properties of the rPET during the secondary processing of mechanical recycling were briefly described.Therefore,the research progress of the modification of the mechanical properties of the rPET at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed.At the same time,the methods and the materials proposed in current domestic and international research which were blended with the rPET to improve the mechanical properties of the rPET composites were summarized,including the elastomers modification,the alloys modification,the inorganic materials modification,the biomass materials modification,the chain extender modification,the nucleating agent modification,the composite modification of various materials method,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of the above methods in modifying the mechanical properties of the rPET were also analyzed.Finally,the development direction of the mechanical properties modifier of the rPET was prospected.
