地奥心血康软胶囊辅助治疗冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入术术后心绞痛的效果及对血清指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨地奥心血康软胶囊辅助治疗冠心病(CHD)患者经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后心绞痛的效果及对患者相关血清指标的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2021年6月就诊的在PCI术后发生心绞痛的CHD患者214例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各107例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组给药基础上添加地奥心血康软胶囊,2组均连续治疗3个月。治疗结束后比较观察组与对照组临床疗效、心功能指标、血清脂质过氧化物水平、血清因子水平、生活质量及不良反应等。结果治疗后,观察组患者心绞痛发病次数、持续时间均显著少于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组的(93.46%vs83.18%,P<0.05);2组生活质量评分均较同组治疗前有显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者丙二醛(MDA)水平和血清结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)水平均显著低于对照组,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平和转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平则显著高于对照组(P <0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 地奥心血康软胶囊辅助治疗对CHD经PCI术后心绞痛患者有效,安全性高。AIM To explore the effect of Di′ao Xinxuekang soft capsule in the treatment of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and the influence on relevant serum indicators.METHODS A total of 214 patients with CHD who had angina pectoris after PCI and were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected,and divided into control group(107 patients)and observation group(107 patients)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated with Di′ao Xinxuekang soft capsule based on the treatment of control group.All patients were given 3 months of treatment.After treatment,clinical effects,cardiac function indicators,level of serum lipid peroxides,level of serum factors,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS After treatment,the onset frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were significantly lower/shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment response rate in observation group(93.46%)was higher than that in control group(83.18%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the 2 groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group had higher scores than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,malondialdehyde(MDA)level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and transforming growth factorβ_(1)(TGF-β_(1))level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Di′ao Xinxuekang soft capsule is effective and safe in the tre
