活塞双射流入口内冷油腔振荡换热特性研究

摘  要:为研究活塞双射流入口内冷油腔在活塞往复运动时机油的振荡流动情况和换热效果,基于CFD软件采用动网格研究了双射流入口油腔在瞬态运动条件下冷却机油在油腔内的分布规律和油腔壁面的换热情况,并与相同边界下单射流入口油腔的机油分布和油腔换热能力进行了对比。分析表明,相较单射流入口油腔,双射流入口油腔的机油填充率提升11.5%,平均传热系数提升13.3%,并且机油和壁面传热系数在油腔周向的分布也更均匀。最后将振荡冷却计算的结果映射至活塞温度场边界,分析开设两种油腔的活塞温度场,结果表明,开设双射流入口油腔的活塞顶部温度整体较低,最高温度降低了7℃,顶面副推力侧温度降低明显。In order to study the oscillating flow and heat transfer effect of lube oil in the cooling oil gallery of piston double jet inlet during the reciprocating motion of piston,the distribution of cooling oil and the wall heat transfer for the cooling gallery under the transient motion conditions were investigated based on the dynamic mesh of CFD software,and compared with those for the single-jet inlet oil cooling gallery under the same boundaries.According to the analysis,the double jet inlet oil cooling gallery had the better effect,the oil filling rate and the average heat transfer coefficient increased by 11.5%and 13.3%respectively,and the oil and wall heat transfer coefficient were more even in the circumferential direction of oil cooling gallery.Finally,the results of oscillation cooling calculation were mapped to the piston temperature field boundary,and the piston temperature field with two kinds of oil cooling gallery was analyzed.The results show that the temperature at the top of piston with the double jet inlet oil cooling gallery is lower in general,the maximum temperature decreases by 7℃,and the temperature at the auxiliary thrust side of top surface decreases significantly.
