摘  要:迷宫式油气分离器是重型柴油机油气预分离的主要设备,其性能直接影响柴油机排放达标度。基于CFD仿真在高窜气量下研究了迷宫式油气分离器主要结构参数对压力损失和分离效率的影响规律,包括过滤孔孔径、过滤孔板间距和过滤孔数量,并基于发动机试验台架对不同油气分离器的压力损失和分离效率开展试验验证。结果表明:在高窜气量条件下,对于以交错孔板进行分离的迷宫式油气分离器,对压力损失影响最大的是过滤孔板孔径,对分离效率影响最大的是过滤孔数量;在迷宫式油气分离器设计时应重点关注孔板开孔率。The labyrinth oil-gas separator is the main equipment of oil and gas pre-separation for heavy-duty diesel engine that directly affects the legislation conformation of engine emission.Based on CFD simulation,the influence of the main structural parameters of labyrinth oil-gas separator including the pore size and spacing of filter orifice plate and number of filter orifice on pressure drop and separation efficiency were studied under the high blow-by gas conditions.Then the experiments were conducted to verify pressure drop and separation efficiency of different separators on the engine test bed.The results show that the greatest influence on the pressure drop and the separation efficiency under the high blow-by gas conditions is the pore size of filter orifice plate and the number of filter orifice respectively for the labyrinth oil-gas separator with the staggered orifice plate.Besides,it is found that the design of labyrinth oil-gas separator should focus on the opening rate of orifice plate.
