摘 要:抗生素过度或不当使用导致细菌耐药性增强、环境生态恶化等问题日益严重。抗菌肽(Antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)因具有广谱抗菌活性及不易产生耐药性的膜溶解式抑菌机理被广泛研究。作为人体中唯一的Cathelicidins家族AMP,LL-37具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗生物被膜和免疫调节等功能,可帮助机体有效预防炎症、抵御病原体入侵,开发潜力巨大。通过综述LL-37表达和已发现的生物学功能,梳理其产业化进程中的阻碍和分子改造策略,以期为基于LL-37的新药临床、非营养性饲料添加剂创制和表面防腐剂研发提供新思路。In the context of excessive and inappropriate use of antibiotics,problems such as increased antibiotic resistance of bacteria and the deterioration of ecological environment are becoming increasingly serious.Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)have been widely studied because of their broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and membrane-lytic antibacterial mechanism which is not easy to produce drug resistance.As the only Cathelicidins family AMP in humans,LL-37 has various functions such as antibacterial,antifungal,antiviral,antibiofilm and immune regulation,which can effectively prevent inflammation and resist pathogen infections.Here,the expression and biological functions of LL-37 were described.The obstacles in the process of industrialization and molecular modification strategies were also sorted out.The content obtained here could provide novel ideas for the clinical application of new drugs,the creation of non-nutritious feed additives,and the development of surface preservatives based on LL-37.
