摘 要:油中溶解气体对变压器早期潜伏性故障的诊断具有重要作用。为了实时监测变压器油中多组分故障特征气体,研制了基于光声光谱法的单光声池多组分气体分析仪。通过对光源发生装置、免污染差分式光声池、高灵敏度声电转换器、滤光器和相敏检波电路设计,实现了单光路多组分气体的分时检测。实验结果表明,设备整体参数满足电力行业标准DL/T 1498.2-2016中变压器油中溶解气体在线监测装置对各种待测气体的最小检测限要求,能够准确可靠检测出变压器运行过程中因放电和过热产生的CO、CO_(2)、CH_(4)、C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)、C_(2)H_(2)等气体浓度,进而减少故障误判率。Dissolved gases in oil play an important role in the diagnosis of early latent faults in transformers.In order to monitor the multi-component fault characteristic gases in transformer oil in real time,a single photoacoustic cell multi-component gas analyzer based on photoacoustic spectroscopy was developed.By designing a light source generation device,a pollution-free differential photoacoustic cell,a highly sensitive acoustoelectric converter,an optical filter and a phase-sensitive detection circuit,time-sharing detection of multi-component gases in a single-optical path is realized.The experimental results show that the overall parameters of the equipment meet the minimum detection limit requirements for various gases to be testd by the online monitoring device for dissolved gases in transformer oil in the power industry standard DL/T 1498.2-2016.It can accurately and reliably detect the concentration of CO,CO_(2),CH_(4),C2H_(4),C_(2)H_(6),C_(2)H_(2) and other gases generated by discharge and overheating during transformer operation,thereby reducing the false fault rate.
