摘 要:采用X-射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对丁二烯橡胶样品进行B-U元素的扫描检测,考察了丁二烯橡胶样品的制样方法、样片厚度、X-射线扫描范围和扫描时间等实验条件,对检测到的元素使用聚合物模式进行半定量计算元素含量。将XRF测得的元素含量换算成氧化物含量进行加和计为灰分,对15个样品测得的灰分在0.0122%(质量分数)~0.1240%(质量分数)之间,与标准方法(炭化氧化法)测得的灰分进行比较,灰分小于0.1%的样品,其相对误差绝对值小于70.2%,灰分大于0.1%的样品,其相对误差绝对值小于30.1%。The B-U element content of butadiene rubber specimens was scanned and detected by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF).Preparation of specimens and XRF conditions were researched.Ash content was calculated through summing of oxide content which calculated from element content by XRF.The ash content measured on 15 samples were between 0.0122%and 0.1240%,and was compared with the ash content got by the carbonization oxidation method,which was the standard method.For specimen with an ash content less than 0.1%,the absolute relative error value was less than 70.2%;and for specimen with an ash content more than 0.1%,the absolute relative error value was less than 30.1%.
