不同类型大棚对台湾长果桑农艺与品质性状的影响

摘　　要：比较传统果桑大棚和新型连大棚栽培模式下台湾长果桑农艺性状与品质性状差异。采集2种大棚模式栽培台湾长果桑果实,调查主要农艺性状、测定营养品质性状。结果显示,在2种类型大棚下,台湾长果桑8个主要农艺性状差异不显著(P>0.05);营养品质方面,台湾长果桑桑果的总糖和还原糖在新型果桑大棚栽培下显著高于传统果桑大棚栽培(P<0.05),而总黄酮含量则显著低于在传统果桑大棚栽培(P<0.05);总多酚等其他营养指标差异不显著(P>0.05);同时,2种类型大棚下台湾长果桑桑果的体外抗氧化活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。整体而言,新型果桑大棚栽培有利于台湾长果桑糖分的积累,其余农艺性状、其他营养品质与传统果桑大棚无显著差异,值得在台湾长果桑栽培中推广应用。To compare the differences of agronomic and quality characters of Morus macroura miq.under the cultivation mode of traditional greenhouses and new type greenhouses,the main agronomic traits and nutritional quality traits of mulberry fruits cultivated in two types of greenhouses were investigated.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the eight main agronomic characters of Morus macroura under the two types of greenhouses(P>0.05);For nutritional quality,the total sugar and reducing sugar of Morus macroura under the cultivation mode of new type greenhouses were significantly higher than those under traditional greenhouses(P<0.05),by contrary the total flavonoids content was significantly lower(P<0.05).The total polyphenols and other nutritional indicators were not significantly different(P>0.05).At the same time,there ware no significant differences in antioxidant activity between the two types of greenhouses(P>0.05).On the whole,the new type greenhouse cultivation is conducive to the accumulation of sugar in Morus macroura,and there are no significant differences in other agronomic characters and other nutritional quality between the traditional greenhouse,and it is worth popularizing and applying in cultivation of Morus macroura.
