摘  要:从原材料选择、化学成分控制、蠕化剂选择及处理方式等方面详细介绍了蠕墨铸铁缸盖的生产工艺,分析了原铁液硫含量和蠕化剂加入量的关系以及不同蠕化剂加入量对铸件的金相组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明:(1)蠕化剂的加入量与铁液中硫元素含量有关,生产中通过调整铁液中的硫含量来稳定蠕化剂的加入量;(2)合适的蠕化率不仅可以防止蠕化衰退,确保金相组织中蠕虫状石墨和球状石墨比例,还能提高缸盖铸件的力学性能。The production process of the vermicular graphite iron cylinder head was introduced in detail from the aspects of raw material selection,chemical composition control,vermicularizing agent selection and treatment process.The relationship between S content of base iron and vermicularizing agent adding amount,and influence of vermicularizing agent adding amounts on metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of casting were analyzed.The results showed:(1)The vermicularizing agent adding amount was related to the S content of the iron liquid,it was necessary to adjust S content of iron liquid to stabilize the vermicularizing agent adding amount.(2)Proper vermicularity could not only prevent vermicularization degenerating,ensure the ratio of vermicular graphite and nodular graphite,but also could elevate the mechanical properties of cylinder head.
