摘 要:利用测量系统分析(MSA)这一质量工具,证实了超声波声速仪检测铸铁球化率与蠕化率是一种可靠的手段,分析了声速控制标准不同的原因可能是输入厚度的不准确、工件表面粗糙度的差异、声速仪品牌的不同。最后指出:超声波声速值与蠕化率/球化率的对应关系不是一个固定值。划定各种材料的声速控制范围时,一定要阐述清楚检测条件,如铸件表面状态、输入厚度的误差范围、声速仪型号等,控制这些变量后,对应声速值与金相,形成适应各厂家状况的管控范围。By using quality tool of measurement system analysis(MSA)it was proved that adopting ultrasound velocity meter to inspect the nodularity and vermicularity was a reliable means.Analyzed the reason causing different controlling standard,it might be that the entering thickness was inaccurate,surface roughness of workpiece was variant,sound velocity meter brand was different.Finally pointed out:the relationship between ultrasound velocity value and vermicularity/nodularity had not a fixed value.When defining the sound velocity control range of various materials,be sure to clarify the testing conditions,such as surface state of casting,error range of entering thickness,model of sound velocity meter.After controlling these variables,corresponding to the sound velocity values and metallographic phase,established the controlling range suitable to conditions of each manufacturer.
