摘  要:介绍了液压铸件的结构及技术要求,阐述了采用垂直分型线生产的球墨铸铁液压件中存在的缩孔、缩松缺陷,对产生缺陷的原因进行了分析,通过优化设置内浇道进液方向,使下部热节部位液态收缩阶段所需铁液得以补充,在独立热节处设置相应的补缩冒口,合理使用散热冷片,并调整铁液的碳当量,使碳当量处于亚共晶状态,提高铁液流动性,有效地解决了缩孔缩松缺陷的同时,铸件的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能等技术指标也符合技术要求。Structure and technical requirements of the hydraulic casting was introduced.It was described that there were shrinkage cavities and porosities existing in the nodular iron hydraulic parts produced on vertically parted line.The reason causing defects were analyzed.By optimizing the liquid entering direction to feed the liquid contraction of lower hot spot,setting corresponding feeding riser at independent hot spot,reasonably using cooling fins,and by adopting hypoeutectic CE to improve flowability of the iron liquid,the shrinkage cavities and porosities had been eliminated,and at same time,the chemical compositions,metallurgical structure,mechanical properties also met technical requirements.
