摘  要:介绍了280气缸盖铸件的结构及技术要求,从砂芯分割、主砂芯进/出窗口设计、主砂芯内腔结构分析、通风设计、主砂芯清砂等方面详细阐述了3D打印砂芯的整体成型工艺及清砂基本流程,经过实际生产验证表明:将铸件砂芯打印成一个整芯,避免了组芯过程中配合误差造成的尺寸偏差,使铸件尺寸精度达到CT11级,减少了铸件的打磨量,降低了操作者的操作技能水平,且铸件表面质量合格,壁厚均匀,符合技术要求。The structure and technical requirements of 280 cylinder head casting were introduced.The 3D printing sand cores entirely forming method and basic sand cleaning process was described in detail from aspects of sand core segmenta-tion,entering/outlet windows design of main core,venting design,sand cleaning of main core.Actual production verification indicates that:to print the cores of casting as an integral core avoided the dimensional deviation caused during cores assembling process,made the casting dimensional accuracy to achieve CT11 grade,reduced grinding amount,decreased operational skill level of operator,and surface quality of the casting was qualified,the wall thickness of casting was uniform and met technical requirement.
