摘 要:以2022年北京冬奥会注册利益相关方、观众和普通民众跨城市、跨赛区的出行需求,以及铁路、公路、城市交通等多种交通方式的运力资源调控需求为出发点,在赛前未考虑新冠肺炎疫情因素、观众观赛出行不受防疫政策影响的背景下,分析当前综合交通运力资源调控和出行诱导现状;考虑不同交通方式间的商业壁垒、业务规则限制,综合运用机器学习、分布式计算、可视化等技术,设计了面向冬奥会的综合交通运力资源调控与出行诱导系统总体架构、技术架构,及综合交通运力资源调控、联程出行路径规划和出行诱导等关键业务流程。基于此方案完成了系统研发,在冬奥会多个测试赛中应用示范,可提高各交通方式的运力资源利用率,提升用户出行和观赛体验,为后奥运时代推进综合交通一体化出行提供经验。This paper considered the travel needs of register stakeholders,audience,and ordinary people across two cities and three divisions,as well as the capacity control need of railways,highways,urban transportation,and other transport modes in the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.It analyzed the current situation of capacity resource control and travel guidance for passenger comprehensive transport in the context that COVID-19 was not taken into account before the games and that spectators’travel was not affected by the epidemic prevention policies.Due to the commercial barriers and business rules limit between different transport modes,utilizing machine learning,distributed computing and visualization technology,the paper designed the capacity resource control and travel guidance system general architecture and technical architecture for Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.In addition,it described the system critical business such as comprehensive transportation capacity resource control,path planning,and travel guidance.Based on this scheme,the system has been developed,which can improve the capacity utilization rate of all transport modes,improve users’travel and game watching experience,and provide experience for promoting the development of passenger comprehensive transport in the post-Olympic era.
