摘  要:通过某钢铁公司除盐水站生产中反渗透系统出现的异常情况进行原因分析,分别对站内运行人员操作、运行工况、进水水质对比、前处理工艺运行状况和化学清洗周期和效果进行比较分析,查改不足,采取应对措施,以达到延长反渗透化学清洗周期和提高反渗透化学清洗效果的方法进行研究。Through the analysis of the abnormal situation of the reverse osmosis system in the production of a demineralized water station of a Steel Company,the operation of the station staff,the operating conditions,the quality of the influent water,the operation status of the pretreatment process,the chemical cleaning cycle and the results were compared and analyzed,and the defects were checked and corrected,and the corresponding measures were taken,in order to extend the cycle of reverse osmosis chemical cleaning and improve the effect of reverse osmosis chemical cleaning methods were studied.
