摘  要:炉衬寿命直接影响转炉生产成本,优化护炉工艺是提高炉衬寿命的重要技术手段之一。然而受含钛渣特性影响,其易侵蚀镁碳砖,且溅渣护炉效果差。为此,基于冶炼含钛铁水对溅渣护炉影响的机理分析,结合A钢厂生产实践,通过开展工艺研究与实践优化,形成了含钛渣的特殊溅渣护炉工艺和快速护炉工艺。炉渣(TFe)含量从21%降低至15%,溅渣护炉效果得到明显改善;炉型维护效果得到较大提升,转炉炉龄从优化前的18000炉次提高至21600炉次。The life of lining directly affects the production cost of converter.Optimizing the Furnace maintenance technology is one of the important technical means to improve the life of lining.However,due to the characteristics of titanium-containing slag,it is easy to erode magnesia-carbon brick,and the effect of splashing slag is poor.Therefore,based on the mechanism analysis of the influence of smelting titanium-containing hot metal on slag splashing and furnace protection,combined with the production practice of A steel plant,through process research and practice optimization,the special slag splashing and rapid furnace maintenance technology containing titanium slag are formed.The content of slag(TFe)is reduced from 21%to 15%,and the effect of slag splashing is obviously improved.The maintenance effect has been greatly improved of BOF,and its life has been increased from 18000 times before optimization to 21600 times.
