摘　　要：论述了玉林市龙云灌区工程取水的可行性和用水的合理性。分析了该项目取退水对区域水资源、水生态状况及对其他用水户可能产生的影响,以水资源的优化配置和可持续利用,保障区域经济社会的可持续发展,为项目的取水许可提供依据。For Longyun Irrigation Zone Project in Yulin City,the authors discuss the feasibility of water taking and rationality of water use,analyze the possible impact of water taking and return of this project on regional water re-sources,water ecology status and other water users,which proved Longyun Irrigation Zone Project is able to ensure the sustainable development of regional economy and society by allocation optimization and sustainable utilization of water resources,so as to provide basis for the water permits of the project.
