摘　　要：桂林市第二水源工程即将建成投入使用,水源取自青狮潭水库,本文分析了水库现状及存在的问题,借鉴各省水源地保护先进经验,从水量、水质等方面提出多措并举改善水质、多管齐下补足水量、补齐制度短板、堵塞监管漏洞等建议及对策。The second water source project of Guilin City is about to be completed and put into use.The water source comes from the Qingshitan Reservoir.Analysis was made on the current state and existing problems of the reservoir.Learning from the advanced experience of various provinces in water source protection,the author puts forward sug-gestions and countermeasures from the aspects of water quantity and quality aiming to improve water quality,supple-ment water quantity,make up for the shortcomings of the system and block the regulatory loopholes.
