摘 要:以新疆某工程水力发电系统的水力过渡计算研究分析为背景,分析大流量,高水头,中距离发电引水水系统水力过渡研究结果。通过建立输水系统水力单元数学模型,确定最不利计算工况的条件下,研究通过扩大管径措施来代替上游调压室的调保措施的可行性,计算结果表明:发电机组小波动工况下,机组相对转速变化时间约为30 s后趋于稳定,其理论计算与复核计算基本吻合,所有工况均能在24 Tw内进入±0.4%的频率变化带宽,其中大机24 Tw=76.69 s,小机24 Tw=79.15 s;衰减度大于80%,振荡次数小于2次,本电站输水发电系统的小波动能够稳定,且调节品质良好。Based on the hydraulic transient calculation and study for the power diversion system of a hydropower project in Xinjiang,the author analyzed the results of study for a power diversion system characterized by large flow,high water head and medium length.A mathematical model of the hydraulic units of water transmission system was established and the most unfavorable calculation conditions were identified.The feasibility of expanding pipe diame-ter instead of upstream surge chamber as pressure regulating measure was studied.The results of calculation demon-strate that under the small fluctuation condition of generator unit,the relative speed change of the unit tends to be stable after 30s approximately.The theoretical calculation and review calculation are basically consistent.All oper-ating conditions can enter a frequency variation bandwidth of±0.4% within 24 Tw,and 24 T_(w)=76.69s for big unit,24 T_(w)=79.15s for small unit.The attenuation degree is greater than 80%.The number of oscillations is less than 2 times.The small fluctuations of the water transmission and power generation system of the power station can become stable with good regulation quality.
