摘 要:开敞式TBM法施工输水隧洞,因设备局限性及断面尺寸受限,设备对隧洞有害气体适应性较差,一直是工程界的难题,不仅存在重大安全隐患,甚至出现爆炸等事故,严重影响工程安全。本文结合新疆EH调水工程TBM11段实例,当开敞式TBM突遇高浓度瓦斯段,现场采取各项措施,顺利通过该煤层段,为后续其他类似工程提供借鉴。When a water conveyance tunnel is to be constructed by open TBM method,due to the limitations of equip-ment and sectional dimension,the equipment has poor adaptability to the harmful gases in the tunnel,which has al-ways been an engineering problem.There exists major safety risk and accidents such as explosion may even occur,which seriously affect the safety of project.Taking the TBM11 section of Xinjiang EH Water Diversion Project as example,the author presents when the open TBM encountered a high concentration gas section suddenly,various measures were taken on site to successfully pass through the coal seam section.
