摘 要:微生物修复技术由于其经济性和环境友好性在石油污染修复领域得到广泛应用,利用化学氧化技术可有效提高微生物修复效率。本研究以油泥污染土壤为研究对象,利用化学氧化—微生物联合技术开展修复研究,对比分析单一修复方法和联合修复法的修复效果。研究结果表明,利用化学氧化—微生物联合法去除石油烃的效率要优于化学氧化法和微生物法,最高去除率为48.82%,反应时间越长时,联合修复技术的优势越明显。研究结果可为联合修复技术在石油污染土壤治理方面的推广应用提供参考依据。Microbial remediation technology has been widely used in the field of oil pollution remediation because of its economy and environmental friendliness,and the use of chemical oxidation technology can effectively improve the efficiency of microbial remediation.The remediation of soil contaminated by oil sludge was studied by combined chemical oxidation and microbial technology in the present study,in which the remediation effects of single remediation method and combined remediation method were compared.The results showed that the removal efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbons by the combined chemical oxidation-microbial method was better than that by chemical oxidation and microbial method alone,with the highest removal rate of 48.82%,and the advantages of combined repair technology became more obvious with the increase of reaction time.The results may provide a reference for the application of combined remediation technology in the treatment of soil contaminated by Petroleum.
